Little Brother Wathcing Me…
It can inch away from your tongue like a snail
Slow yet go unnoticed, by only you.
Whispered then,
Heard from the mountains,
Ways caught and done,
Yet little one suspects you,
You sound different,
He says,
You’re right,
That I do,
Amazing that clay could form vibrations that radiate on the wind,
You shall know them by their fruits,
Sweet reproduction heard and tasted by men,
Digested by the ear,
You,
Little one,
Have wondered,
What fruit is this?
Causing me to catch my “snail and wiggle it back upon my tongue.
Proclaim the divine fact,
I am not undone
Freedom Comes!
As the sun rises, not even peaked in the sky,
Manna falls down like rain,
And I am undone

Have you ever read any of these for a group anywhere? It strikes me, as I read your poetry, that much poetry is best heard since each writer keeps their own cadence. And it also strikes me that we need to start sharing some of these writings in Sunday gatherings.

Before I saw Parke’s post I was thinking similar thoughts.
We would love to have you share your life through your creativity with us.
What do you think?

I’ve never really read in a group setting before. Oh my…I don’t even deserve the honor. I’d love too!

Next step then Tamar is to speak with Christina. Ask her about upcoming “themes” in the Gatherings (if she knows) then find a writing you have that may help us understand the theme better.
I know in the coming weeks we are talking ALOT about Love, Mission and the Holy Spirit as we continue to speak on the 5 Values of Mosaic.
We are excited to see how God will use you to help all of us understand Him and His love better at our Gathering!
