Learning

Just the other day I received the most satisfying words. “You learn well. It melted like chocolate on my tongue. This, a comment my professor made to me, was all I needed to be propelled into euphoria.  I shared my chocolate immediately with a close friend. I shared it with her first because I knew she wouldn’t mistake it for boasting. She would know that I embraced it in humility.

Fragile thing this learning is. I open my doors to it, to its movements, hurts, embarrassments, and misunderstandings. Mostly I open my doors to its growth.

Today in my morning reading I saw the significance of James chapter 1.

Be Blessed!

    Some well-presented thoughts. Thank you.

Mike told me about the project you, Elma and he were investigating with the women’s shelter. Very cool. I know it’s been a dream of Elma’s to serve single mothers and an energizing person like you that can both serve and call others to action is bound to be a great help I’m sure.

At some point you ought to think about sharing your thoughts about the process here. A lot of folks need to learn about the importance of really investigating the needs in their community seriously like you folks are.
